There are over four thousand pad eyes (tie down or
anchor points) throughout the flight deck and hanger deck.

This mannequin on the flight deck is called "the shooter.” He, along with
other catapult and plane handlers, coordinated the aircraft for take
off. I must have seen 10 different people get their picture taken,
bending down in the same position next to this guy.

Those lights running along that wire come on at night
which looks awesome.
