This Chevy Impala sits great, but needs a date with the
paint booth and then it should look really good.

The crowd that night was pretty good and we also found a new place to eat
nearby that
just opened up. They serve sandwiches and hot links which were great.

I won an award that night which has to be one of, if not the coolest
trophy's I've seen. It's all hand made out of wood by a guy named Alex
in Beaumont. He has a business that restores old "woodies" and he's been
on the TV show "American Hot Rod" four times. Being that he made the
award, he was the one who picked the car that won. On the top it says
"Cool Summer Nights 2008" and looks awesome to say the least. If you get
a chance, be sure to come on out to downtown Banning throughout the
month of August on Friday night for a bite to eat and to check out the
car show.
