When I first saw this car it looked like just another low rider. I think this guy knows someone that works in a chrome shop or has lots of money because check out the undercarriage.
 

Lot's of chrome underneath here along with some kind of flame cut-outs welded to the rear-end housing. Now I think he needs to put a little money in the exhaust work.
