I liked this Chevy Impala for a couple
of reasons. One, the classic style wheels and tires, two, what was under the
hood.

What you see here is a Chevy 409. You don't see to many of these anymore so this was a
nice treat. And it's super clean. This car was a late arrival to the
show, but it was worth the wait.

Here's another terrible shot of a nice car. The car
looked to be an old drag racer but after talking with the owner, he
bought it that way. It had a big block Chevy in it and looked pretty
good.

We normally park in the other parking lot but this one
has natural shade, so we decided to give this side a try. The weather
was great, the food was even better, all of which made for a very
relaxing day.

I won an award for best 30's car that night which I
didn't expect. We all had a great time and will be back next time for
another round of good food and cool cars.
