Happy 2010 everyone.
I hope everyone had a good Christmas and a safe New
Years.
It's been four years now since I've made that maiden voyage back in
2006, time sure flies when your having fun. I've had a great time at all
the shows that I've been too over the years and I hope that 2010 will be
just as fun as all of the others.
The weather here in So. Ca. has been very mild compared to the rest
of the nation which allows us to enjoy many outdoor activities just
about all year round. I'm sure anyone reading this that lives anywhere
else has to wonder how that can be with all the frigid cold weather
covering most of the U.S. But for some reason we don't get many days
like that.....if ever....which makes having car shows just one of the
many things we can do during the winter months. Oh, and if your into
skiing you only have to drive just over an hour to hit the slopes if
you're into that kind of thing.
The first show of the year was held at Pizza Kiln in Moreno Valley on
January 3, and the show hours ran from 2 to 5 pm. Now with this being
the last day of the holiday weekend, I wasn't sure how many people would
be there. On the other hand, the temps were in the mid 60's which
brought out about 40 cars that day which was better than I expected.
Let's get started with this nice Ford Mustang that was pretty much
stock which looked really nice.
