I'm not sure what this device is so if anyone has a
clue, let me know.
The wind picked up early in the day and blew all kinds of stuff out of the
trees. The owner of this car has a bunch of clean-up to do because
notice all the light brown stuff throughout the engine compartment.
Yuck!!
